Introduction
Jetstream One Holdings LLC (“Jetstream One”, “us”, or “we”) is an online job search engine that collects personal information from job candidates and grants clients access to the personal information for the purpose of evaluating candidates for potential job opportunities (the “Placement Service”). We operate the JetstreamOne.com website (the “Site”) and this policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit this Site or use our Placement Services.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

– “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Personal Information
When you use our Placement Services, we may collect the following types of information: contact information, job descriptions, information on resumes and job applications, birthdates, salary information, employment history, work culture preferences, personality, and referral sources (collectively referred to as “Placement Information”). We may receive the Placement Information directly from you or we may obtain it from third-party sources such as referral resources you provided, background search providers, social media, networking sites, and any publicly accessible resource.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Placement Information.

We use your Placement Information to perform and improve the Placement Services, and as otherwise reasonably necessary to operate our business. When you use the Site and/or our Placement Services, we may share all your Placement Information with clients and prospective clients for the purpose of presenting you as a potential candidate. In addition, we may share your Placement Information with our employees and third-party vendors such as background check providers, insurers, and consultants. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We take steps to prevent the loss and misuse of Personal Information under our control. All Personal Information is stored on servers with several levels of protections and upgraded as we deem appropriate to protect your Personal Information.
